At the very least read the scrolls documenting the time period of Christs alleged ministry and compare the mindset/mentality of the Qumran community (Essene) against that of Christianity

The Scrolls appear to be the library of a Jewish sect. The library was hidden away in caves around the outbreak of the First Jewish Revolt (A.D. 66-70) as the Roman army advanced against the rebel Jews. (at the least we can safely assume that a great number of writings from this period are first hand (maybe second hand) eyewitness accounts

This was necessary because Paul had bitterly opposed Jesus throughout his life, and had contrived to harm him in every way. How could such a person be trusted after Jesus’ death, unless he himself made a clear prophecy that, although Paul has been my bitter enemy and has done me great harm, he will become an Apostle and a holy man after I am gone.

I wouldn't bother if I were you. Anyone who doubts the resurrection is not going to change their mind just because you can prove there was no conspiracy.

And yes, you should actually read Paul, he never claims to have met Jesus during his earthly life… There are few things more pathetic than believers who don’t bother to find out what it is they are claiming to believe.
