In reality we are robots. Our soul commands our body according to the global plan for destiny, the brain receives the command and the body performs the task. The soul also does not have any freedom. It only picks up the command from the memory of the universe and executes them on by one. Any destiny example can be explained only by this concept of robots. We do not have freedom, not even our souls have.

My understanding of the Soul, is that the Soul of a human
being is a non-physical compound entity comprising three functional entities
namely the "Will" or "I", the Conscious mind and the
Subconscious Mind. The three entities co-exist as one compound entity. The
three entities co-exist in each other and differ by function. Each of the other
two exist in the remaining entity of the three. For any given person the three
entities cannot be separated. The subconscious mind and the conscious mind of
any given person exist in the "I" or "Will" of that person,
the conscious mind and the "I" or "Will" of of a given
person exist in the Subconscious mind of that person, and the "I" or
"Will" and the subconscious mind exist in the Conscious mind of that
particular person. The three entities differ in function but are united in
existence.

The function of the "I" or "Will" is to
make decisions for the entity and commit the entity on legal or social matters.
It can choose to act from subconscious mind conviction or from conscious mind
reasoning.

The function of the conscious mind is to inform the entity.
It is the conscious part of the compound entity. It functions by reasoning. It
interfaces the entity with the brain of a particular person. It receives
information through the sensory system of the brain and the five sense organs.
It works in corporation with the "Will" and the subconscious mind in
reasoning. It is the intellectual power of the compound entity. It suggest to
the "Will" and takes instructions from the "Will". It
informs the subconscious mind.

The function of the subconscious mind is to act as habitat
of habits and source of power for the compound entity. It functions in form of
energy. It does not reason but act on suggestions or information it receives
from the conscious mind and instructions from the "Will". It is the
powerhouse of the compound entity.

The Soul is identical to its creator, who also exist as one
compound entity in three persons that differ in functionality but exist as one.

In the Godhead the Son and the Holy Spirit exist in the
Father, The Father and the Holy Spirit exist in the Son, the Son and the Father
exist in the Holy Spirit.

The "I" or "Will" is identical to the
Father in the Godhead who is called "I AM" and is the head of the
Godhead, the Conscious mind is identical to the Son, who is called the
"Word", "Wisdom" or "Logos", and the Subconscious
mind is identical to the Holy Spirit.

Is consciousness an action and only an action? With the caveat that I don't know what consciousness is, yes that is my position based on the very low standard of recourse to the best explanation. What appears to be going on here is when a human brain is active in a certain way, the human experiences what I would call consciousness.

I don't know if there is more to it than that, I have no reason to think there is.

How can you tell those are actions of the consciousness, and not actions of, say, the organism?

Brian Green Adams argued that consciousness is a process. Your response is basically "how could a process perform these various processes that are basic properties to consciousness", which misses the whole point of the "consciousness is a process" argument, which is that those manifestations are part of the process of consciousness. One can certainly assume that this is not the case because consciousness isn't a process, but if one were arguing whether consciousness is a process or not that would be assuming one's own conclusion.

Also, processes absolutely can cause other processes, so there's that.

Yes, that's because "will" is an abstraction that could refer to many different concepts. Depending on which one we're thinking of, the response could be that it's a process as well, or a physical property, or a straight-up physical entity, or hasn't been shown to exist in the first place. So it couldn't be trivially folded into my "those are all actions".

On the contrary, Aquinas was absolutely right about the vegetative soul and sensitive soul— they are both entirely physical phenomenon, just as he stated. And of course animals have intelligence and memory. That is not a unique attribute of the rational soul.

I cannot know whether you are conscious or not objectively speaking. I was appealing to your conscious activity, not mine. Also, "rational soul" is not a term I invented at all, but a well-known concept in philosophy, discussed particularly by Aristotle, Aquinas, Descartes, Malebranche, and numerous others.
